Self-Directed Success was founded by Jill Baumann, co-founder and co-director of Inspired Learning Academy, a learner-centered microschool serving middle and high school students in North Texas.
The Human Flourishing System builds on years of hands-on experience designing and refining learning experiences, mentoring practices, student development systems, and meaningful approaches to documenting growth.
Inspired Learning Academy serves as a real-world environment for developing and testing these ideas—helping SDS translate educational philosophy into practical systems that other microschools can adapt to their own communities.
